This policy applies to regular purchases sold by iLikeNew Warehouse. Please inspect merchandise before purchase.
If your item has a problem
Bring the item and your receipt to the warehouse within 30 days of purchase. We first offer an exchange for an identical item. If an identical item is not in stock, we offer store credit.
Return requirements
- Your receipt is required.
- Returns must be made in person at the warehouse.
- Serial numbers are recorded for merchandise.
- We do not accept returns because an item does not fit, was not wanted, was not liked, or is the wrong color.

Auction purchases
Auction items are sold as is. All auction sales are final, with no returns.
Independent sellers
Items sold and fulfilled by an independent seller follow that seller’s published return policy. Check the seller’s listing and profile before ordering.
